Order Processing:

Once the final design is approved, we will begin production of your order. Processing time may vary depending on the complexity and volume of the request.

Shipping Times:

Shipping times will depend on the carrier selected and the delivery location. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your package.
Generally, domestic US shipments take between 7 to 9 business days, depending on the distance and shipping service.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the provided address and the size/weight of the package. This amount will be confirmed before processing the shipment.

Shipping Responsibility:

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or losses during transit. However, we will assist you in managing any claims with the shipping company.

In-Store or Pickup Location:

If you prefer, you may choose to pick up your order directly at our pickup point (if applicable). This service must be coordinated in advance.

Changes to Delivery Address:

Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated before the order has been shipped. Once in transit, we cannot guarantee modifications.
