1. Design Review and Approval:
   Before proceeding with printing, we will send you a preview of the final design for your review and approval. It is important that you carefully verify all details, as once the order and design have been accepted, no modifications or cancellations can be made.

2. Returns and Refunds:

   • No returns are accepted and no refunds are issued for errors approved in the final design.
   • If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or different from what was approved, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the case and, if necessary, proceed with a replacement or the corresponding refund.

3. Deadline for Reporting Issues:
   Issues related to the product must be reported within 48 hours of receiving it.
